As revealed on Monday, The Point , it is Arnaud Donckele, chef three stars of The Vague d’or, restaurant of the hotel Cheval Blanc Saint-Tropez, owned by LVMH since 2016, who will head the kitchens of the gourmet restaurant of the future hôtel Cheval Blanc Paris to the Samaritan woman, whose opening is scheduled for the first half of 2020.
If the group of Bernard Arnault still keeps secrets of many items on its gourmet restaurant – the name, the number of covered, the identity of the pastry chef and the executive chef, the menu, the staff… -, its new and talented chef, 42 years of age and a native of Normandy, confides for the first time on this new adventure.
of note, the five stars will have, in addition to its gastronomic restaurant, a catering offer multiple with garden terrace on the 7th floor. But that will not be supervised by Arnaud Donckele.
