I’m not going to add a comment to the analyses frivolous or serious, which are already numerous. But, when all this story began, I thought of the crazy cow syndrome (disease caused by animal meal, ed.) When one pulls too much on the wire, it breaks! As a manager, one has a moral duty vis-à-vis the people who surround us: it is necessary to be attentive, the respect, the love, the tenderness is not a bad word, even in the job! Here, we work a lot but everyone benefits from this commitment in the company, making sure attention to good balance, the investment required…
