To make wait the gourmet so far, the red guide has just unveiled the 67 new addresses (on some 604 tables listed) that appear in the guide Bib Gourmand 2019.

Since 1997, the Bib Gourmand reward the tables that offer a quality menu at a reasonable price. These establishments offer a full menu (starter-main course-dessert) at a maximum price of 33 euros and 37 euros in Paris.

“These many of the tables Bib Gourmand have been able to appeal, with a diverse cuisine and values of fine products, the taste buds adventurous of our inspectors. Through these, it is a France gourmet and gourmet, open, accessible and that speaks!” says Gwendal Poullennec.

The region-Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, winner of the Bib Gourmand

With a total of 109 restaurants, including 17 new ones, the Auvergne region-Rhone-Alpes has the largest number of Bib Gourmand. Three new tables are located in Clermont-Ferrand: A grain of flavour, The Chardonnay and The Bistro Next door. The Drôme also 3 new addresses (The Capitelle in Mirmande, The Quay in Tain-L’hermitage, Home of My Jules Vesc) and the Cité des gones 4 (Aromatic, Jean Moulin, Root and Sémantème).

The region of Provence-Alpes-Côte-D’azur, with its 11 new tables distinguished (54 in total), is the second region the most dynamic in terms of innovations: The Barn celebratory Meal (Cogolin), Home (Mimosa Bormes-les-Mimosas), The Arum (Hyères), The Local (Toulon), The Table of the Reserve (Beaulieu sur Mer), Lougolin (Fat), Vegan Gorilla (Nice), The Delights (Peillon), The Closed Pierrepont (Monferrato), The Ride of Flavour (Isle-sur-la-Sorgue) and The Workshop The Art of the Food (Taillades).

The Second, arrondissement gourmet

The Île-de-France a total of 69 addresses distinguished of which 9 are new. The Second district of the capital concentrates 4 to him alone: Sorrel, Itacoa, the Restaurant of the Grand Boulevards and Legal Deposit. The other 5 are: The Auberge des Pyrenees Cevennes (Xi), Rusk (Xv), Mermoz (Viii), Cucina (Ve) and Bird (Yerres, Essonne).

8 new tables are distinguished in Brittany, the region of origin of Gwendal Poullennec: The Brélévenez (Lannion), Abalone (CancaleIlle-et-Vilaine), Essential (Rennes), Zest (Cesson-Sévigné), The Cambusier (Saint-Malo), The Comptoir Breizh Café (Saint-Malo), The Workshop Bistro (Langoëlan) and The Water of the West (Rohan).

Finally, the region’s New-Aquitaine is also part of the French regions with the most dynamic, with 7 new locations (55 in total), of which 3 are located in the only department of the Pyrénées-Atlantiques: Briket’Bistro (Guéthary), Art zain (Irissarry), Lou Esberit (Pau).

The Bib Gourmand France (17,90€) will be available for sale on the same day that the highly anticipated Michelin Guide France, namely, on 25 January.
