This quaint coffee shop, opened it less than a year by a couple new yorkers in the shelter of the Grands Boulevards, opened exceptionally for three evenings the time to celebrate Thanksgiving. Instead of sandwiches, salads and bowls normal, a menu around the famous roasted turkey, escorted by his host of sides (mac & cheese, mashed potato, Brussels sprouts and crispy, kale salad…), and that includes appetizers (shrimp in harissa and yogurt, crostini with spinach and artichoke), desserts (pumpkin and pecan pie, apple crumble) and a glass of champagne or a spritz with rosemary. The two services Thursday (19h and 21h) and the second on Friday (21h) have already been sold, but there are still places for Friday, 19h and Saturday from 19h and 21h. Book quickly!

The enclave californian specialist in a brunch, nestled in the heart of the Path, and also opens for dinner in the last month, with a special menu. For Thanksgiving, appointment as of 18: 30 with a menu of colorful and fragrant: soup, celery, grapefruit brulee and crème fraîche ; pumpkin toast, chutney of cherries, pomegranate molasses and walnuts smoked ; Brussels sprouts charred, stuffing and gravy with bacon ; turkey in the buttermilk, pepper and cranberries in mulled wine ; flan of pumpkin and chocolate. The high priestess of the cheesecake, Rachel Moeller, was installed on the canal Saint-Martin this pretty table to double-dip, that puts the cajun cuisine of New Orleans in the spotlight. On the ground floor, the Po Boy Cafe for a sandwich, to the floor of the restaurant Nola for a kitchen that is more elaborate. It is in this last that you can enjoy for three days a dinner worthy of the best american families: welcome cocktail and appetizers ; arugula, roasted sweet potatoes, pomegranate, feta, pecans, balsamic vinegar and maple syrup ; pumpkin soup, scallops, bacon, ginger fries ; roasted turkey and accompaniments various, buffet dinner, choice of dessert (pecan pie, pumpkin pie, or cheesecake) and a glass of wine with us.

13 at the Garden
The little tea room-coffee shop american 13 (a baker’s dozen, stashed at the bottom of a paved courtyard of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, has moved into a larger space, facing the Garden of the Luxembourg. Once again, Thanksgiving will be a pretext for a dinner gargantuan: glass of prosecco ; quail roasted and stuffed with herbs with house sauce and condiment orange-cranberry, gratin of broccoli and cauliflower, apple crumble and sweet potato, salad of green beans with garlic and buttermilk biscuit (as an option, the mac & cheese with bacon and cheese +5€) ; a plate of cheese or slice of pie. Not forgetting the cocktails at home!

In his bistro in monmartre, freshly crowned with the title of best roast chicken in Paris by the Figaroscope , Antoine Westermann offers to celebrate Thanksgiving around a beautiful poultry of our regions. The former three-star, which is familiar to the tradition of the US during his experience in new york city, has chosen a Turkey red of the Ardennes, a rustic breed with slow growth (120 days) and the generous flesh and marbled (which will be the card throughout the month of December). The menu, available for lunch and dinner, includes: terrine of duck liver with 12 spices and chutney ; consumed turkey and royan with black truffle, Turkey red, stuffed and roasted, fricassee of chestnuts and red cabbage, celeriac roasted, sweet potato puree ; brioche caramelized.
