The Feast of Gastronomy (scheduled for up here in September) and a Taste of France/Good France is no longer one. It is, therefore, of the 21 to the 24 of march that the French gastronomy is celebrated in 2019. On march 21, in of restaurants to the four corners of the globe, but also the following days with banquets, tastings, picnics, and other workshops for children and adults.
It is in this context that the International Village of the Gastronomy and ” Popular Kitchens returns for a fourth edition at the foot of the Eiffel tower. From 21 to 24 march, artisans and chefs, French and foreign, more than 60 countries represented and a market for French regions – give-you to hungry to taste their specialities (cooked dishes but also products to take away and learn their art of living.
This 4th edition, sponsored by Stéphane Layani (Rungis) and the chefs Ghislaine Arabian and Thierry Charrier, puts Mali in the spotlight. The four days will be punctuated by animations: concerts, parades, award ceremonies, workshops, dance, arts of the table, and other demonstrations of chefs (Christian Etchebest, Jacques Pourcel, Gregory Cohen, Fatéma Hal, Alba Pezone…). A true tour of the world cultural and gastronomic in one of the most popular attractions of Paris.
note also in the capital, march 21: a grand banquet of provence in honor of the year of gastronomy in Provence (full) and a “dinner accomplice” the Good George (Ix), with three producers and one winemaker. Not to mention, until march 24, many animations (find here)
