The car manufacturer Opel is in a dispute with the Federal motor transport authority (KBA) about the recall of almost 100,000 diesel vehicles failed with an application for a temporary injunction. The schleswig-Holstein administrative court in Schleswig informed that now there are serious indications that, in the opinion of the KBA is applicable.
