If the Frenchie’s first name – and mother-house of Greg Marchand has just celebrated its ten candles, the little sister in the face is no longer a baby no more! The address has been reliftée recently, with taste, in a spirit more refined. The atmosphere, itself, has not changed. Every night, at the opening, the two rooms will fill up almost instantly, and English became the official language. Regardless, here is one of our wine bars favorite in the capital. Easily in the top 5! The map alternates between the tapas and learned to share and some dishes in the rotation, proposals full of from in which to pick according to the desires. It was, quite recently, sweetbreads plump locked up in nuggets and crispy, dip them in a mayo-style chick, a stew of octopus, chickpeas and olives as a pre-taste of a holiday or a roasted cauliflower pulsed in spices and yoghurt smoked.
